ACG Metals (LSE: ACG) is pleased to report continued progress on the Copper Sulphide Expansion Project at the Gediktepe Mine in Balıkesir Province, Türkiye. As of June 30, 2025, the project remains firmly on track, both in terms of schedule and budget.

Engineering work has reached 48% completion, while procurement efforts are 36% complete, with all long-lead items fully ordered and paid for. Construction activities have reached the 15% mark, supported by over 2,100 cubic meters of concrete poured to date. In parallel, the company has finalized and awarded key contracts covering structural, mechanical, electrical, and power scopes.

Throughout June, significant progress was made across various areas of the site. Foundation work began on the Heating Centre at the GAP Blue Collar Camp, and the sump pipe system was successfully installed at the NAG Waste Dump. Construction of the tailings storage facility (TSF) also advanced with underdrain installation, liner placement, and drainage works. Material for Sulphide Plant backfill is now being produced on-site, and infill as well as geotechnical drilling campaigns continued in the Sulphides South Pit. Final grading was completed at both the primary and secondary crushing zones, setting the stage for the next phase of development.

This month’s achievements reflect the project team’s strong execution discipline and reinforce the company’s confidence in reaching first production according to plan.
