American tungsten mine receives $6.2 million in funding from the Department of Defense

[SMM Tungsten News] Guardian Metal Resources' Pilot Mountain tungsten mine project in Nevada has secured $6.2 million in funding from the US Department of Defense to conduct a pre-feasibility study. The project, which represents the largest tungsten resource in the US, has proven ore reserves of 12.53 million mt, with an average grade of 0.27% tungsten trioxide (WO₃), and contains associated metals such as copper, silver, and zinc.
