Heavy rainfall warning issued in North China, galvanizing plants not affected yet

[SMM News] Since July 23, North China has experienced heavy rainfall, with some reservoirs operating at high water levels and river embankments at risk, leading to severe flooding in certain areas. According to meteorological forecasts, from the night of July 28 to July 29, heavy to torrential rain is expected in parts of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, with extremely heavy rainfall in some localities. The National Meteorological Center issued an orange rainstorm warning at 6 p.m. on July 28. According to SMM, the current heavy rainfall is mainly concentrated in the northern part of Hebei and Beijing, and has not yet affected the production and transportation in Tianjin, Handan, Tangshan, Qian'an and other areas where galvanizing plants are mainly concentrated.
