China Changan Automobile Group has been officially established and listed in Chongqing, with Zhu Huarong serving as its legal representative. According to a report by Chedongxi, confirmed by the Qichacha platform, the full name of the group is China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of up to 20 billion yuan. Its business covers multiple fields such as auto sales, wholesale of auto parts, and the sale of complete NEVs, demonstrating the group's comprehensive layout and development trend in the automotive industry.
Previously, Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changan Automobile") was a secondary subsidiary of China South Industries Group Corporation. However, after the registration and establishment of China Changan Automobile Group, it will become an independent first-tier central state-owned enterprise directly supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, on par with China FAW Group Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd.
