Currently, the prices in the rare earth market have risen slightly, mainly driven by the upward trend in the prices of oxides. Although oxide prices fell slightly last Friday, it stimulated market purchasing activity, and low-priced supplies quickly tightened. Meanwhile, the market's bullish sentiment persisted, with most industry participants showing a clear reluctance to sell, pushing up the quoted prices in the oxide market. Supported by the cost of the oxide market, the metal market has also seen a synchronous price increase. However, downstream orders have shown low acceptance for high-priced metals, making it difficult to close deals at high prices. The phenomenon of metal prices being lower than oxide prices still exists. Overall, the combination of increased market trading activity and bullish sentiment in the rare earth market has jointly supported the slight price increase.
