According to a recent report released by Australian Strategic Materials, despite the escalating global trade tensions and export restrictions, the Korean Metal Plant has defied the trend, experiencing continuous growth in sales and deliveries. The plant has not only secured confirmed orders for 22.2 mt of NdFeB alloy but also successfully delivered 19 mt of Pr-Nd alloy previously announced, and received an additional 10 mt of Pr-Nd alloy orders after the quarter ended. Furthermore, the Korean Metal Plant has enhanced its metallurgical capabilities, achieving sales of heavy rare earth metals (dysprosium and terbium) for the first time. Meanwhile, the company has also achieved significant metallurgical results in the evaluation of rare earth solutions, further accelerating the completion of the heap leach scope study. The latest released study indicates that the Dubbo Project holds immense potential, enabling accelerated rare earth production at a low cost and with minimal investment.
