French Minister: US-EU tariff differences may lead to retaliation

French Minister of Industry and Energy Marc Ferracci warned that if the EU and the US fail to reach a timely agreement on tariff issues, the EU will consider taking countermeasures by imposing additional tariffs on US goods worth over 90 billion euros. The deadline for this has been set as August 1.
