The funds for this procurement project are self-raised. The project is now ready for procurement, and a public inquiry and comparison is being conducted.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

3.1 Consortium bidding is not allowed for this procurement.

3.2 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following qualification requirements:

(1) Production-oriented business license

3.3 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following registered capital requirements:

Registered capital for production-oriented enterprises: 10 million yuan or above

3.4 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following performance requirements:

Provide one or more contracts and corresponding invoices for new products of the same type as the variable frequency alternating current (AC) motors within the scope of this procurement. The performance amount (the total amount excluding tax of all performance invoices provided by the bidding supplier) for production-oriented enterprises should reach 30% or more of their total bidding amount excluding tax (within three years prior to the release date of the inquiry and comparison announcement, and both the contracts and corresponding invoices should be within this period).

(1) The supply performance must be the direct performance of the bidder or the approved party.

(2) For the supply performance, one or more contracts and corresponding invoices must be provided (performance materials such as contracts and VAT invoices should be provided according to the original content for verification of authenticity).

3.5 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following capability requirements, financial requirements, and other requirements:

Financial requirements: The bidder's registered capital should not be less than 10 million yuan.

Capability requirements: Please refer to the attachment for details (if necessary)

Other requirements: Provide the scanned copy or photo of the original enterprise qualification certificate that has passed the annual inspection.

(1) Scanned copy or photo of the original business license (or duplicate).

(2) Scanned copy or photo of the original tax registration certificate (or duplicate), except for those with a unified three-in-one certificate.

(3) Scanned copy or photo of the original organization code certificate (or duplicate), except for those with a unified three-in-one certificate.

(4) Scanned copy or photocopy with official seal of the special equipment production (manufacturing) license (to be provided according to the requirements of the subject matter), including but not limited to certificates issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and provincial market supervision administrations (not applicable to this project).

(5) For products listed in the 3C product certification directory, provide the scanned copy or photo of the original 3C certification certificate. ((Not applicable to this project)

3.6 For this procurement, projects that must be tendered according to the law shall have invalid bids from dishonest persons subject to enforcement.

4. Acquisition of Procurement Documents
