Regarding the procurement of steel frame logistics services for sheets & plates products in 2025 by the Finished Products Service Branch of JISCO Group, an advance notice of procurement is hereby issued. II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest debtor by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platforms at various levels.

3. The steel frames used by the registrant must have obtained detection reports from professional institutions recognized by the railway department, including the "Static Load Strength Detection and Impact Test Report for Frames" and the "Loading and Reinforcement Scheme and Scheme Demonstration Report for Frames" for plates with a width below 3300mm recognized by the railway department.

4. The registrant must have obtained a loading and reinforcement scheme for steel frames with a plate width below 3300mm approved by the Lanzhou Railway Bureau.

5. The registrant must provide logistics service performance for shipping sheets & plates products with a plate width below 3300mm using steel frames.

6. This procurement accepts producers.

III. Registration Method

Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame and log in to the electronic tendering and bidding system (). Unregistered suppliers must first complete the registration process, then click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
