II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest debtor by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any credit information sharing platform at any level.

3. The registrant must accept the project's payment terms (payment after account settlement, cash transfer).

4. When using road transportation, the registrant must use NEVs or vehicles that meet China VI vehicle emission standards for all transport vehicles.

III. Registration Method
