Gansu Seeks Public Opinions on New Energy Electricity Prices Reform Plan

On July 14, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of Gansu Province publicly released the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Market-Oriented Reform of On-Grid Tariffs for New Energy in Gansu Province to Promote High-Quality Development of New Energy (Draft for Comment). The document proposed that for existing new energy projects put into operation before June 1, 2025, the volume of electricity included in the mechanism would be 15.4 billion kWh. The mechanism tariff would be 0.3078 yuan/kWh.
