The abstract indicates that this invention discloses an intelligent cooling system for a U-shaped furnace-produced sponge titanium distillation condenser, which pertains to the field of sponge titanium production technology. It comprises a condenser body and a cooling water jacket. The top of the condenser body is equipped with a top cover, and the water level and pressure control module is connected to the intelligent regulating valve of the water distributor via wires. This intelligent cooling system for the U-shaped furnace-produced sponge titanium distillation condenser replaces the immersion cooling method with high-pressure water spray cooling on the outer surface of the condenser body during the distillation process. The cooling position is more controllable, enabling the control of the condensation position of volatiles inside the condenser body.
