Despite cautious procurement amid the off-season and bearish expectations, the inventory still increased by 3.36% MoM. Meanwhile, the finished product inventories slightly decreased by 0.25% under the pressure of end-user funding, stimulated by the "prepayment discount" strategy adopted by some individual enterprises.
