According to SMM, Rio Tinto announced its production results for Q2 2025. Copper equivalent production in Q2 was up 13% YoY, and up 6% YoY in H1, mainly due to the strong performance of its copper business and the contribution from the acquisition of Arcadium Lithium. Rio Tinto expects copper production to reach the higher end of its full-year guidance, while unit costs will trend towards the lower end.
