Over 30 cities support using housing provident fund for down payment

According to institutional statistics, over 30 cities (districts), including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Xi'an, have followed suit to support the withdrawal of housing provident funds for down payments, effectively lowering the threshold for homebuyers to purchase properties, reducing their home-buying pressure, and better leveraging the housing security function.
