Stellar Extends MOU for Heemskirk Tin Project Infrastructure Access

Stellar Resources (ASX: SRZ) has extended its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Australian Hualong Pty Ltd by six months, securing continued access to the adjacent Comstock site infrastructure for its Heemskirk Tin Project in Tasmania.
The Comstock site, 4km from Heemskirk, offers critical existing facilities: tailings storage (TSF), grid power, water supply, waste rock dumps, processing areas, and office infrastructure—supporting Stellar’s Prefeasibility Study (PFS) to fast-track project development.
Stellar’s PFS focuses on scaling Heemskirk into a tin producer targeting 3,000–3,500 tonnes per annum (tpa) of payable tin over its first 6–10 years, up from the initial scoping study’s 1,900 tpa over 12 years.
The project holds a high-grade tin resource of 7.48Mt at 1.04% Sn (77.87kt contained tin), ranking as Australia’s highest-grade undeveloped tin resource and third globally.

Note: The 3,000–3,500 tpa target is aspirational; Stellar notes no reasonable grounds to confirm achievement.

About Stellar Resources: A Tasmania-based miner focused on developing the Heemskirk Tin Project, aiming to contribute ~1% of global tin supply.
