The dates for these projects to reach their intended operational states have all been postponed to September 20, 2026.

Regarding the "New Energy Power Supply and Energy Storage Power Supply Production Base Project," Taijia Co., Ltd. stated that the project mainly produces optimizers, inverters, and Power Conversion Systems (PCS), among other products. In recent years, the market competition in China's new energy power supply and energy storage power supply industries has continued to intensify. Additionally, policy adjustments in the traditional European and American export markets for PV inverters have led to significant fluctuations in market demand. Based on a prudent assessment of the macroeconomic and industry situation, and to protect the interests of all shareholders and the company, Taijia Co., Ltd. has temporarily suspended the construction of the "New Energy Power Supply and Energy Storage Power Supply Production Base Project," which cannot be completed within the originally planned timeframe.
