According to the SMM survey, as of July 15, the operating rate of 50 electric furnace steel mills nationwide, which mainly produce building materials, was 33.8%, up 0.78% MoM from the previous period; the capacity utilization rate was 35.04%, down 0.15% MoM; and the daily average production of building materials was 78,000 mt, down 300 mt MoM.
