Easpring Technology Plans to Raise Nearly 1 Billion Yuan Through Private Placement! Minmetals Group's Shareholding to Increase to 28.52%

Recently, Easpring Technology announced that BGRIMM Group would subscribe in cash for all 37,792,894 new shares issued by the company to specific investors, with a subscription amount of 999,999,975.24 yuan. Upon completion of this issuance, BGRIMM Group's shareholding ratio would increase from 23.19% to 28.52%. BGRIMM Group has committed not to transfer its held shares within 18 months from the date of issuance completion. Previously, on May 22, Easpring Technology mentioned in its 2024 annual prospectus for the issuance of shares to specific investors that the proceeds from this issuance would be used to supplement working capital, enhancing the company's financial reserves and providing financial support for technological innovation, product development, overseas expansion, and other aspects, thereby helping the company achieve long-term strategic development goals and consolidate its advantageous position in the industry.
