The Mineral and Coal Work and Budget Plan (RKAB) will resume annual implementation

[SMM Nickel News] Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of Indonesia, announced to the media that starting from 2026, the Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) in the mineral and coal mining sector will be implemented on an annual basis. Bahlil emphasized in his speech at the National Assembly on July 14 that the ESDM Ministry is fully prepared for the new system in terms of both resources and infrastructure. Tri Winarno, Director General of Mineral and Coal, added that relevant regulations have been drafted and supporting systems are under construction.
