The inventory of electrolytic aluminum ingots increased, mainly due to the arrival of goods over the weekend.

According to SMM statistics, as of July 14, the inventory of aluminum ingots at major domestic consumption hubs stood at 501,000 mt, an increase of 35,000 mt from last Thursday and 23,000 mt from last Monday. SMM believes that since the end of June, there has been an increase in aluminum ingot supply, and the concentrated arrivals over the weekend were the main reason for the unexpected inventory buildup this week. (The inventory data has been updated on the data terminal at 9:00.)
