Production-type registered capital: 5 million yuan or above

Circulation-type registered capital: 5 million yuan or above

3.4 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following performance requirements:

1. Original scanned copies or photos of the annually inspected business license (or duplicate) are required.

2. One ferroalloy performance contract dated after January 1, 2022, is required.
