[Solid-state Batteries: Silicon Source's 10,000 mt-scale Silicon Carbon Anode Project to Commence Production Soon] Inner Mongolia Silicon Source New Energy Electronic Materials Technology Co., Ltd.'s silicon carbon anode project has a total investment of nearly 3 billion yuan, covering an area of 400 mu. It is planned to be constructed in three phases to produce 20,000 mt of lithium battery silicon carbon anode materials and supporting raw materials annually. Phase I of the project, with an investment of 616 million yuan, involves the construction of a 2,000 mt production line and supporting public and auxiliary facilities, which is about to commence production. Phase II is expected to commence construction in Q2 2026, with the construction of an 8,000 mt silicon carbon anode material and supporting raw materials production line. Phase III is expected to commence construction in Q1 2028, with the construction of a 10,000 mt silicon carbon anode material and supporting raw materials production line. After the project reaches full production, it is expected to generate an annual sales revenue of 4-6 billion yuan and pay taxes of approximately 300 million yuan.
