China's auto production and sales both exceeded 15 million units in H1, with NEVs performing exceptionally well.
Data released today (the 10th) by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) showed that multiple economic indicators of China's auto industry achieved double-digit YoY growth in the first half of this year. Since the beginning of this year, China has implemented more proactive and effective macro policies, and the economy has generally operated steadily. From January to June, the auto market maintained a good momentum, with production and sales both exceeding 15 million units, achieving relatively high YoY growth rates of over 10%. Among them, the production and sales of NEVs reached 6.968 million units and 6.937 million units respectively, with YoY growth rates of 41.4% and 40.3% respectively. The sales of new NEVs accounted for 44.3% of the total sales of new cars.
