The Supply Chain Management Branch is hereby issuing an advance notice of concentrated procurement of pulverized coal injection for JISCO Group in August 2025. Qualified suppliers are invited to participate in the registration. The details are as follows:

II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China; the bidder shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

2. The registrant shall not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or credit information sharing platforms at various levels.

3. The registrant may register for individual items of the procurement contents and specify the specific material codes and names.

4. The registrant shall, in principle, be a producer. Non-producers must upload the authorization letter from the producer, the authorization period, the resource tax payment certificate of the mining enterprise, and the contact information of the producer.

5. If the registrant uses automobile transportation at the JISCO headquarters, all carrier vehicles shall be NEVs or vehicles that meet the China VI vehicle emission standards.

III. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the aforementioned time frame, log in to the electronic tendering and bidding system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/). Unregistered suppliers need to complete the registration first, then click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.

• 18:08 on July 13, 2025
