[Neuman Aluminium Invests in Sustainable Electric Heat-Storage Furnaces]

Neuman Aluminium Group has replaced gas-heated ageing furnaces at its extrusion plant with four new electrically operated units, cutting CO₂ emissions by 60 t annually. The horizontal-airflow design ensures faster, more uniform heating (±2 °C), improves surface quality by extracting moisture after quenching, and allows process parameters to be tailored for each component. The upgrade also enhances operational efficiency and traceability—meeting CQI-9 standards through continuous online monitoring and automatic post-treatment reporting—thereby boosting both product reliability and environmental performance.
