By participating in the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, Yingfa Ruineng aims to support global climate and energy goals through innovation in the photovoltaic industry.

Sichuan Yingfa Ruineng Technology Co., Ltd. has joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), committing to integrate sustainable development and ESG values into their core business strategy. By participating in the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, Yingfa Ruineng aims to support global climate and energy goals through innovation in the photovoltaic industry.

The company, a key player in China's solar power sector, focuses on the development and large-scale production of high-efficiency solar cells, utilizing advanced technologies like PERC, TOPCon, and back-contact cells. Yingfa Ruineng strives to improve solar cell efficiency and reduce the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE), thereby contributing to a low-carbon supply chain.

Yingfa Ruineng President Zhang Min emphasized that this UNGC membership signifies a milestone towards globalization and pledges a continued commitment to sustainability. With strengthened ESG efforts and collaboration with international partners, the company aims to enhance its green technology, reduce emissions, and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable energy future.

China Approves 17.44 GW Power Plan for Qaidam Desert Base, Including Solar, Wind, and Energy Storage Projects
It is understood that the National Energy Administration has officially approved the power source allocation plan for the "Qaidam Desert Base (East Golmud) Base". The planned construction scale of the power source projects at this base is 17.44 million kilowatts, including 10 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power, 5 million kilowatts of wind power, 2.64 million kilowatts of coal-fired power, 0.1 million kilowatts of solar thermal power, and 1.5 million kilowatts (for 4 hours) of electrochemical energy storage. The total investment in the projects is about 86 billion yuan. The new energy will be transmitted to Guangxi through the "Qinghai-Guangxi DC" UHV power transmission project.
