SD Lomon and Fulin Precision Machining Signed a Cooperation Agreement

On July 2, Sichuan Development Lomon Co., Ltd. announced that it had signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Fulin Precision Machining Co., Ltd. The two parties will collaborate in the areas of equity and capital, as well as LFP projects and precursor projects.
The agreement includes the joint establishment of a joint venture company to invest in and construct a new 100,000 mt/year high-pressure dense LFP project and a 100,000 mt/year lithium dihydrogen phosphate precursor project, with the proposed location being the Mianzhu City Deyang-Aba Ecological Economic Industrial Park.
The cooperation aims to leverage the professional and resource advantages of both parties in the industrial sector, further improving SD Lomon's multi-resource green circular economy industry chain of "sulfur-phosphorus-titanium-iron-lithium-calcium". The agreement is a framework agreement, and the specific implementation content and schedule are subject to uncertainties. Both parties need to negotiate and sign a project investment cooperation agreement separately, which will be subject to the approval of the competent authorities.
