The agreement includes the joint establishment of a joint venture company to invest in and construct a new 100,000 mt/year high-pressure dense LFP project and a 100,000 mt/year lithium dihydrogen phosphate precursor project, with the proposed location being the Mianzhu City Deyang-Aba Ecological Economic Industrial Park. The cooperation aims to leverage the professional and resource advantages of both parties in the industrial sector, further improving SD Lomon's multi-resource green circular economy industry chain of "sulfur-phosphorus-titanium-iron-lithium-calcium". The agreement is a framework agreement, and the specific implementation content and schedule are subject to uncertainties. Both parties need to negotiate and sign a project investment cooperation agreement separately, which will be subject to the approval of the competent authorities.
