The workshop is equipped with two automated production lines, and the third production line is currently undergoing intensive commissioning. The core equipment includes four 6-ton-class Huaxin intermediate frequency melting systems, paired with year-round supporting drying equipment, providing a solid hardware foundation for efficient and stable production.

The company focuses on technological innovation and has developed a full-process production process of "raw material pre-treatment - precise ratio - gradient drying". Through the natural gas drying system and intelligent granulation equipment, the utilization rate of raw materials has been increased by 15%, and the risk management of spontaneous combustion of products has achieved zero accidents. The 2205# grade silicon metal it produces has undergone multiple tests by Shibiao Testing Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Huakan Inspection and Testing Co., Ltd., with silicon content reaching 99.3%-99.92%, and impurity contents such as Fe and Al (Fe≤0.08%, Al≤0.002%) being superior to industry standards (Fe≤0.1%, Al≤0.005%). It has outstanding composition uniformity and impurity control, surpassing industry standards.

In terms of sales, the company has established a three-dimensional network encompassing export trade, domestic distribution, and direct supply to end-users. From November to December 2024, the company's products achieved a premium due to their high quality, with an average transaction price 200-300 yuan/mt higher than the market benchmark, earning high recognition from strategic customers.
