Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Li Auto Inc., a prominent player in China's new energy vehicle sector, reported vehicle deliveries of 36,279 units in June 2025, bringing its second-quarter total to 111,074 units. Cumulative deliveries since the company's inception have now reached 1,337,810 units as of June 30.

The company highlighted that its newly launched Li MEGA Home far outperformed initial sales forecasts, cementing the Li MEGA's position as the best-selling MPV priced above 500,000 yuan across all powertrains. Building on this momentum, Li Auto is preparing to launch the six-seat Li i8 battery electric family SUV in July, followed by the five-seat Li i6 in September. These additions will complete a diversified lineup of seven models: four extended-range electric SUVs, one flagship MPV, and two high-voltage battery electric SUVs.

To support this broadened portfolio, Li Auto is upgrading its sales infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency across all product lines, aiming to deliver an improved experience for users through enhanced products and services.

As of the end of June, Li Auto had operated 530 retail stores across 151 cities and maintained 511 service centers and authorized body and paint shops in 222 cities. The company also had run 2,851 supercharging stations across China, offering a total of 15,655 charging stalls.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
