On July 1st, Adriatic Metals (ASX:ADT) announced it has reached commercial production at its Vareš silver project in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The milestone was achieved after plant throughput averaged 75% over 14 days, including 80% over 7 days, and reached 2,000 tpd (90% of nameplate) in late June. Tailings-related constraints have been resolved, with the Veovača TSF completed in March and initial deposition starting in April. A dedicated haul road to the facility is now fully operational. Underground development at Rupice reached a record 900m in Q2. With permits, staff, and equipment in place, the operation is running steadily.
