3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

3.1 Joint bidding is not allowed for this procurement.

3.2 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following qualification requirements:

3.4 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following performance requirements:

The bidder must provide proof of sales performance for similar YE and YBX series motor products in industries such as steel, metallurgy, power, and petrochemical within three years prior to the bid submission deadline for this tender project (copies of invoices for similar YE and YBX series motors must be provided and uploaded. The invoices must display the motor model and specifications). The total performance amount must not be less than the total bid price amount.

3.5 For this procurement, the bidder must meet the following capability requirements, financial requirements, and other requirements:

Other requirements: The bidder must provide enterprise qualification documents that have passed the annual inspection:

(1) Scanned copy of the business license (or duplicate)

(3) Scanned copy of the organization code certificate (or duplicate) (except for those with a unified three-in-one certificate)

(4) Among them, for the YBX series explosion-proof motor, the bidder must provide a scanned copy or photo of the original "China Compulsory Product Certification (3C Certification)" for the corresponding series and model of the manufacturing plant; for the YE series motor with a rated power not exceeding 1.1 kW (calculation rule: rated power ≤ synchronous speed × 1.1 kW / 1500), the bidder must provide a scanned copy or photo of the original "Self-Declaration for the Implementation Rules of Compulsory Product Certification (3C Certification Self-Declaration)" for the corresponding series and model of the manufacturing plant; the bidder must also provide the energy-saving product certification certificate for the YE4 motor, which is the subject of the tender.

3.6 For this procurement, if the project is required by law to undergo tendering, the bid submitted by a dishonest person subject to enforcement shall be invalid.
