[Flash News] Recently, the newly-built optimization and upgrading project of Liaoning Teli Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. - the annual 150,000 mt waste lead-acid battery and lead waste recycling project - has entered the equipment commissioning stage. It is understood that Teli Environmental Protection is the only environmental protection technology enterprise in the three northeastern provinces (north-east China) capable of recycling, disposing of, and utilizing waste lead-acid batteries. The first-phase production line of Teli Environmental Protection with a 150,000 mt disposal capacity was put into operation in 2022. The second-phase project commenced construction in May 2024. Compared with the first phase, it will further enhance the capacity. Upon reaching full production, Teli Environmental Protection will achieve an annual disposal scale of 300,000 mt of waste lead-acid batteries and an annual production scale of 200,000 mt of refined lead and lead alloys.
