Qingzhen City Bauxite Recycling Project Commences Trial Production

On June 23, the Qingzhen City Bauxite Recycling Project (Phase I: 500,000 mt of high-sulfur bauxite desulfurization) commenced trial production with material feeding.

The project is located in Zhanjie Town, Qingzhen City, covering an area of 87.417 mu. With a total investment of 199.4992 million yuan, it adopts the domestically advanced production process of "non-driven reverse flotation desulfurization" for high-sulfur bauxite. The designed production capacity is 440,000 mt of aluminum concentrate and 60,000 mt of sulfur concentrate per year. After full operation, it is expected to generate an annual average sales revenue exceeding 200 million yuan and an annual average total profit exceeding 20 million yuan. The project mainly involves the construction of a coarse crushing workshop, a fine crushing workshop, a screening workshop, a homogenization workshop, a grinding and flotation workshop, sedimentation tanks, a pressure filtration workshop, a reagent plant, a sulfur concentrate warehouse, an aluminum concentrate warehouse, as well as auxiliary production and public facilities.
