The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan Province, together with the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Dali Prefecture, Heqing County, and a team of industry experts, conducted an on-site acceptance inspection of the company's "Green and Low-Carbon Hydropower Aluminum Processing Integrated Heqing Project (Phase III) Capacity Replacement Plan." The expert team unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance, marking the official, legal, and compliant implementation of the company's Phase III project. The company attached great importance to this acceptance process, actively cooperating with the verification and responding to the experts' inquiries. The acceptance team conducted on-site inspections of the electrolysis workshop, reviewed documents, and strictly verified each indicator in the capacity replacement plan in accordance with national policy standards. They examined the energy consumption levels of the equipment, the compliance of the processes, and the implementation of environmental protection measures. After a comprehensive assessment, the acceptance team concluded that the project construction content was fully consistent with the replacement plan, that the project met the conditions for starting production, and that the company's construction capacity was accurate. The construction content specified in the capacity replacement plan could be implemented as planned.
