Xixia Zhongde Auto Parts Initiates Construction of Key NEV Axle Production Project

According to Nanyang Daily, the project of Xixia Zhongde Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xixia Zhongde") to produce 200,000 sets of integrated axles for NEVs annually has entered the construction progress stage, with the equipment installation in two foundry workshops also proceeding in an orderly manner.

The construction project of Xixia Zhongde to produce 200,000 sets of integrated axles for NEVs annually is a key construction project in Henan Province for 2025, with a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan and a total construction area of 200,000 m². It focuses on building production workshops, an R&D center for NEV parts, a production center, an office building, and some related supporting facilities. The project is committed to producing NEV parts that integrate automation, intelligence, and digitization, purchasing 10 production lines for NEV parts, and achieving an annual production capacity of 200,000 sets of integrated axles for NEVs.

The company has established long-term strategic cooperative relationships with globally renowned turbocharger companies such as IHI, MIH, and Garrett, as well as domestic and overseas well-known automakers such as Volkswagen and Audi. After the project reaches full production, it will bring incremental growth to the development of the Nanyang auto parts industry.
