On the morning of May 22, the Zhonggang Metal Building Materials Base and Huagang Intelligent Aluminum New Materials Industrial Park project was officially signed. With a total investment of 2 billion yuan, the project will be located in Xian'an District, contributing to the creation of a 10 billion yuan new materials industrial cluster. It is reported that the project will be invested in and constructed by Hubei Zhonggang Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd., with a planned land area of 173 mu and a building area of 62,000 m². After being put into operation, it is expected to increase output value by 400 million yuan, annual tax revenue by 20 million yuan, and create over 500 new jobs. The project will further improve the layout of the upstream and downstream industry chains of metal building materials, enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, and lead the intelligent and automated development of green building materials and prefabricated building materials. Since "settling down" in Xian'an in 2013, Hubei Zhonggang Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been committed to the high-end building materials segment, becoming a "single champion" in the national aluminum veneer construction industry, with an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan. In 2013, the company invested in and completed the first phase of the Zhonggang Metal Building Materials Industrial Park, achieving an output value of 400 million yuan.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
