Recently, Geely Auto has been making frequent moves in the Mexican market, achieving remarkable results in advancing its electrification strategy and market expansion. On June 14, Geely Xingyuan successfully secured an order of 1,100 units from a local major corporate client for travel services. The first batch of 80 Xingyuan vehicles were shipped to Mexico and are expected to arrive at the Lazaro port and complete delivery in July, marking the beginning of Geely's first year of electrification and intelligent transformation in its Mexican business. Previously, Geely had already deployed six internal combustion engine vehicles in the market. This time, the Xingyuan's move to go global is a key initiative to accelerate the implementation of its electrification strategy, demonstrating its determination to build a local electrification ecosystem. Meanwhile, Geely has launched a plan to expand its dealer network, aiming to cover 32 states in Mexico by the end of 2025, forming a three-dimensional marketing system of "major corporate client demonstration + end-user channel penetration.
