[Seres Automotive Secures 5 Billion Yuan in Strategic Investment] Seres Automotive Co., Ltd. has completed the process of introducing strategic investors. Nine institutional investors, including ICBC Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., have invested amounts ranging from 200 million yuan to 1 billion yuan in Seres Automotive, totaling 5 billion yuan in additional capital. This capital increase, along with the 1.12 billion yuan investment made by the National Development Bank's Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund in December 2024, belongs to the same round of financing. After consultation among all parties, the capital increase price was set at 9.0361 yuan per 1 yuan of registered capital. Currently, Seres Automotive has received the investment funds and completed the registration of changes to its registered capital.
