[Chengxin Lithium: Plans to Repurchase Shares for 400 Million to 500 Million Yuan] Chengxin Lithium announced that the company plans to use its own funds and special repurchase loans to repurchase some of its issued Renminbi (RMB) ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding to safeguard the company's value and shareholders' equity. The total amount of funds proposed for this repurchase is no less than 400 million yuan and no more than 500 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 17.75 yuan per share (inclusive). The implementation period for the share repurchase is within three months from the date when the company's board of directors approves this repurchase plan.
