(1) Distribution-type business license

(2) Production-type business license

3.3 Thisprocurementrequires bidders to meet the following registered capital requirements:

Production-type registered capital: 500 (10,000 yuan) or above

Distribution-type registered capital: 500 (10,000 yuan) or above

3.4 Thisprocurementrequires bidders to meet the following performance requirements:

Within the time frame from 2024 to 2025, one copy of the steel material contract and corresponding invoice scan.

3.5 Thisprocurementrequires bidders to meet the following capability, financial, and other requirements:

Financial requirements: See the attachment (if required)

Capability requirements: Business license (or copy) scan; both producers and dealers are acceptable, with registered capital reaching 5 million yuan (RMB) (established for at least one year)
