II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China; registrants from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan must provide a registration certificate from their respective locations.

2. The registrant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. The registrant shall not be listed as a dishonest debtor on the "Credit China" website by the Supreme People's Court.

4. The registrant shall possess the transportation capability for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI emission standards or above.

5. Producers are acceptable for this procurement.

III. Registration Method

• Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame and log in to the electronic tendering and bidding system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/).
