2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China; registrants from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan must provide a registration certificate from their respective regions.

2. The registrant shall have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. The registrant shall not be listed on the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website.

4. The registrant shall possess the transportation capacity for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI or higher emission standards.

5. This procurement accepts producers.
