II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. Applicants must be independent legal entities or other organizations within the territory of the People's Republic of China; overseas applicants and those from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan must provide registration certificates from their respective locations.

2. Applicants should have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. Applicants should not be listed as dishonest debtors on the "Credit China" website by the Supreme People's Court.

4. Applicants should possess the transportation capacity for NEVs or vehicles meeting National VI or higher emission standards.

5. Producers are acceptable for this procurement.

III. Registration Method
