According to China Construction News, recently, Ni Hong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, led a team to conduct a survey in the Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province, and carried out a field trip to observe the construction practices of "four good" projects, namely good houses, good residential communities, good neighborhoods, and good urban districts. The team continued to support the Xiong'an New Area in improving its urban governance system and building a high-quality, high-level modern city. The survey team visited the construction site and model rooms of good houses in the startup area, observed the application of new technologies and products in areas such as sound insulation, thermal insulation, and energy conservation, and learned about solutions to problems such as odor transmission. Ni Hong pointed out that it is necessary to apply new technologies, processes, materials, and products that benefit the people and are practical, focusing on addressing the most pressing issues in people's living conditions, and making greater efforts to build safe, comfortable, green, and smart good houses for the people.
