Lingbao Signs Agreement with Pengsheng Technology to Build Lithium Battery Production Line

Recently, an announcement was made on Pengsheng Technology's official account that the Lingbao Municipal People's Government in Henan Province had signed a contract with the company for a project to produce 300,000 lithium battery PACKs annually. The total investment for the project is 300 million yuan. It is reported that the project will establish a dedicated production line for 12C ultra-fast charging batteries, integrating a high-precision welding path automatic positioning system and a comprehensive thermal management detection module. This ensures that each battery supports rapid charging within 3-5 minutes while passing a 600℃ fire-resistant test, with a yield rate of 99.3%—higher than the industry average. Pengsheng Technology stated that with an annual production capacity of 300,000 lithium battery PACKs, it has the capability to provide energy solutions for 300,000 to 500,000 e-bikes. By utilizing a fully automated PACK assembly line, labor costs are reduced by 40%. Coupled with the direct supply of local copper foil raw materials in Lingbao, the overall cost is reduced by 25%.
