American Rare Earths recently announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Moog Electric Motion Solutions to supply rare earth magnets for cooling pumps in data centers. Moog stated that rare earth magnets are crucial for meeting the growing cooling demands of data centers. The company plans to commence production of NdFeB magnets in 2026 and aims to achieve a full-load capacity of 5,000 mt per year. Additionally, American Rare Earths has already signed rare earth procurement agreements with companies in the US and South Korea, and is currently constructing a sintered magnet factory in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The company has not yet disclosed specific quantities, prices, or the binding nature of the memoranda of understanding.
