Given the significance of rebates to dealers, the association calls on all brands to adjust their rebate payment periods to no more than 30 days. Thirdly, refrain from imposing excessive restrictions on rebate payments and usage. Among the automobile brands surveyed, nine brands directly return rebates to dealers in cash, allowing dealers to freely use them. The association calls on all brands to return rebates to dealers in cash and ensure that dealers can freely use them. Meanwhile, do not set overly stringent assessment conditions for rebate payments.
