EVE Energy, Titan Wind form strategic partnership to advance global energy storage development

According to the agreement, the two sides will prioritize cooperation in areas such as investment in energy storage power stations and manufacturing of integrated energy storage products.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On June 17, 2025, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. ("EVE Energy") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Titan Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Titan Wind Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. ("Titan Wind"), to jointly drive high-quality development of the energy storage industry, according to a post on EVE Energy's WeChat account.

The partnership brings together the two companies' respective strengths in new energy technologies and market presence to foster comprehensive collaboration across the energy storage value chain.

The agreement reflects a mutual recognition of each party's technological capabilities and supply strengths in the energy storage sector. Under a shared vision of accelerating the global transition to green energy, EVE Energy and Titan Wind will deepen resource integration and seize emerging opportunities in the global clean energy market.

According to the agreement, the two sides will prioritize cooperation in areas such as investment in energy storage power stations and manufacturing of integrated energy storage products. They also plan to jointly explore and apply solutions for telecom base station power systems, hydrogen-electric hybrid systems, and microgrids. Additional collaboration will focus on green electricity trading and the development of low-carbon industrial parks, supporting the green transformation of the entire new energy value chain.

Titan Wind, with nearly two decades of expertise in the wind energy sector, has built a global business network spanning wind power equipment manufacturing, renewable energy development and operation, energy storage, and integrated energy services. The company aims to become a leading global provider of clean energy solutions.

EVE Energy, a globally competitive lithium battery provider, is committed to accelerating the "electrification of everything" through comprehensive battery solutions. The company partners with both domestic and global players to advance energy storage deployments worldwide. In 2024, EVE Energy ranked second globally in energy storage battery cell shipments.

Looking ahead, the two companies plan to jointly advance the implementation of key projects and unveil innovations in energy storage technologies, contributing solutions and expertise to the global transition toward low-carbon energy systems.
