On the evening of June 24, Jinko Power Technology Co., Ltd. announced in a public notice that four of its industrial and commercial distributed PV power station project subsidiaries planned to sell all PV power station equipment under their names to China Construction Investment Leasing Co., Ltd., and simultaneously transfer 100% equity in Hengfeng Jingge Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership), the holding platform for the aforementioned project companies, to Tianjin Jinjian Investment Co., Ltd. The total consideration for this transaction was 287 million yuan, involving a total installed capacity of approximately 76.55MW for PV power stations connected to the grid. Among them, the total tax-inclusive sales price of PV power station equipment for the four project companies was 287 million yuan, and the transfer price for 100% equity in Hengfeng Jingge was 10,000 yuan.

Silicon Metal: The spot price of silicon metal remained stable. Yesterday, SMM east China oxygen-blown #553 silicon was priced at 8,000-8,300 yuan/mt, unchanged from the previous day. Jinko Solar recently announced that its independently developed N-type TOPCon high-efficiency PV modules, tested and certified by the third-party authoritative institution TÜV SÜD, achieved a maximum conversion efficiency of 25.58%, setting a new global record for similar modules. Meanwhile, the conversion efficiency of Jinko Solar's 182N-type high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon cells (TOPCon) was tested and certified by the National PV Industry Metrology and Testing Center, achieving a full-area cell conversion efficiency of 27.02%, setting a new record for large-area N-type monocrystalline passivated contact (TOPCon) cell conversion efficiency.

On June 23, the National Energy Administration released the national power industry statistics for the period from January to May. Among them, the installed power generation capacity for solar energy was 1.08 billion kW, up 56.9% YoY; the installed power generation capacity for wind energy was 570 million kW, up 23.1% YoY. From January to May 2025, the newly added PV capacity reached 197.85 GW, with a single-month addition of 92.92 GW in May.
